OpenVMS Alpha V7.1 with Greater Than 1G Memory Needs NPORT BAP

The NPORT Bus Addressable Pool (BAP) fails to initialize correctly in these configurations if specific SYSGEN parameters (NPAGBAPxxx) are not manually set, as the necessary AUTOGEN/FEEDBACK process does not run automatically during installations or upgrades.
