Caution When Handling LB1X Printers Power Supply Unit

This document addresses a safety risk identified in certain LB-series printers (P6327, P6390, LB10-LB15) where the R130 component in the power supply unit could contact the chassis. As these are Class 1 safety products, such contact in a properly grounded outlet will cause the main power fuse to open; however, if the printer is not correctly grounded, this poses an electrical injury risk to users or field engineers. The manufacturer, BANQIT, has introduced an insulation protection cover in new production to mitigate this. Users and engineers are advised to ensure proper grounding before powering the unit and to handle the PSU with caution.
