New TCR Shared Library

This document addresses a problem where Networker fails to save a service on Tru64 UNIX systems due to a programming error in the libaseapi.so library. An API function, ase_get_storage_list(), fails to NULL-terminate service names, leading to improper data being read after the update of the malloc() function in recent patch kits. The solution involves replacing the shared library with a new version that ensures proper NULL termination. Instructions for replacing the library and restarting the Networker service are provided.
