AlphaServer 1000A EV4 Firmware V5.5 Upgrade Problem

When attempting to upgrade firmware on an AlphaServer 1000A Model 4/xxx system using the AlphaSystems Firmware Update CD V5.5, a default filename error occurs. After the system displays the FWREADME.TXT file, it incorrectly prompts for the file AS1000A_E4_V5_7.EXE instead of the correct AS1000A_E4_V5_5.EXE. Accepting the default results in a boot failure. The suggested solution is to manually enter the correct filename, [ALPHA1000A]AS1000A_E4_V5_5.EXE, at the boot prompt. This issue is scheduled to be resolved in the subsequent release, V5.6.
