LQP45 Printer

This Field Change Order (LQP45-I001) is intended for the LQP45-B printer to resolve specific functional issues when used with Corporate versions of RAINBOW/WPS+ or ALL-IN-1 software. Key fixes include correcting the interpretation of certain ESC characters, fixing the '"' character acting as a terminator, and resolving proportional mode problems. Additionally, this FCO integrates new features such as support for Denmark/Norway-specific daisywheels, Teletech functionality for Germany, and new Orator/OCR-B fonts. Installation requires replacing the Printer Controller EPROM (R2.0) and the Character Generator EPROM (R2.0) on the logic board, updating the console label, and performing self-test diagnostics to verify the firmware upgrade.
