DR8-EA Diagnostic for Traditional PDP-8 Processors

This document describes the diagnostic program for the DR8-EA interface designed for use on traditional PDP-8 systems that have a DW8/E bus converter. It covers the following sections:

• Requirements: Minimal system requirements (4K core, ASR-33 teletype, and the test cable).
• Loading Procedure: Instructions for using binary tapes.
• Operating Procedures: Details on switch settings (SR0-SR11) to control tests, such as suppressing errors, looping, or specific diagnostic functions.

• Program Description: Overview of test coverage, including basic IOT tests, register functionality, skip conditions, and interrupt testing.
