8TO12 File Converter

This document provides operating instructions for the 8TO12 file converter program (DECUS No. 12-12). The program enables users to read PDP-8 DECtape source files created by the 4K PDP-8 Disk Monitor System and output them directly to a PDP-12 DIAL tape, using the TC-12F hardware option.
