Formatxt

This document describes FORMATXT, a utility program for the LAP6-DIAL system (DECUS No. 12-20). Its primary purpose is to convert source programs typed offline onto paper tape into a format recognizable by the LAP6-DIAL system, similar to files created using the system's own 'EDITOR'.
