Octal to Decimal Conversion and Display

This document describes the ODCAD program (DECUS No. 12-37), designed to convert 11-bit signed octal numbers into decimal format for display on a VR12 scope. The program supports leading zero suppression and optional decimal point placement. It utilizes the VR12 screen's 16x16 matrix, where 12-bit numbers are employed to define vertical and horizontal positions. The guide provides instructions for use, including register setup and command execution, alongside examples of how to display data and incorporate decimal points.
