Cold Start DF32 Disk Formatter

This document describes a cold start procedure for the DF32 disk formatter for the PS/8 programming system on the PDP-12 computer. It allows users who have both a PDP-12 and a DF32 disk to create a PS/8 system from scratch, enabling the disk to be used as the system device for better performance.
