Queing TC01/TU55 DECtape Routines

This document describes a set of modified subroutines, based on DEC-08-FUBO, that improve DECtape performance by queueing read/write requests. This allows the DECtape to maintain continuous motion, significantly increasing the effective transfer rate for applications with high data processing needs. The routines operate in memory field 0 and feature specific subroutines for controlling transfers (RW128), checking status (DWAIT), and managing the DECtape control register (DTRAR, DTXAR). It includes detailed calling sequences, usage guidelines, and error-handling instructions.
