Memo: A Text Formatting Program

This document is a user guide for 'MEMO', a simple text formatting program designed for the PS/8 system. Inspired by the 'RUNOFF' program used on larger time-sharing systems like CTSS and Multics, MEMO allows users to produce neatly formatted, paged, and justified text with minimal effort.
