Focal Readable Punch

This document provides a write-up for DECUS program FOCAL8-129, titled 'FOCAL READABLE PUNCH', authored by Thomas J. Ford in 1970. The program is designed to work with FOCAL 5/69 (DECUS NO. FOCAL8-52) to produce tape-high readable characters using a low-speed punch. The documentation includes instructions for running the existing program, instructions for building a new character set, and an addendum regarding a bug discovered in the FOCAL 5/69 software related to carriage return handling in character mode.
