Mean

This document describes the MEAN program, designed for the LINC computer, which calculates the mean and standard deviation of a dataset. It is based on a method described by Dr. Sapega in DECUSCOPE. The program utilizes standard subroutines like IFOR L8, OFOR L8, DBLFLT, and SQROOT. It provides instructions for execution, including inputting numbers and handling typing errors using rubout or correction keys, and notes that it occupies nearly the entire 2K LINC memory.
