Software Maintenance Report

This document is a collection of software maintenance reports for ETOS V5B software, distributed by Quodata. It includes several patches to correct identified issues, including:

• Scheduler Overload: A one-line patch to address a scheduler decision causing queuing operation overloads.
• Run Queue Error: A patch to fix an issue where the queuing scheduler fails to properly remove jobs from the task table.
• ZERO Option Error: A patch for the ACCNT.SV component to resolve functionality issues with large accounts.
• Map Block Corruption: A detailed procedure for diagnosing and repairing corrupted map blocks in the Master File Directory (MFD) for sites with large numbers of accounts.
