ETOS Release Notes

The ETOS Release Notes (1979) serves as an introductory guide for new and existing users of the ETOS software system. The document is structured into three main chapters:

• Chapter 1: Release Notes Overview - Provides an introduction and explains how the manual should be used by new and upgrading users.
• Chapter 2: QUODATA's Policies - Contains details regarding software license agreements, configuration guides, software performance reports, maintenance services, and warranty information. It includes standardized forms such as the Configuration Guide, Performance Report, and Maintenance Report.
• Chapter 3: Communication Between Users - Facilitates networking among users, including the creation of a user forum and listing user-developed software, such as U/W-FOCAL.

The appendix includes worksheets for recording system installation, configuration, and startup/shutdown procedures.
