ETOS V5B Worksheets

This document contains Appendix A of a larger manager's guide for ETOS V5B. It provides a comprehensive set of blank worksheets intended to be filled out by the user during system construction and maintenance. The worksheets include:

• Stand-alone and Virtual OS/8 Program Worksheets: To track program file names, group names, and lengths.
• Configuration Patch and Table Worksheets: To record binary patches and configuration table settings.
• Directory and Account Worksheets: To document Master File Directory (UFD), User Account, and storage area configurations.
• Handler and Procedure Worksheets: To track device handler settings, as well as start-up and shut-down procedures.

Users are instructed to make copies of these worksheets, record information in pencil, and store the completed sheets with their Manager's Guide.
