NAND/NOR Gate

This document provides technical specifications for the Type R121 NAND/NOR Gate module. The module contains four R111-type circuits with internally connected 2-ma loads, which improves component density while limiting flexibility by precluding the use of gate expanders R001 and R002. It details input load requirements, output drive capabilities (18 ma at ground), standard logic levels (-3v and ground), and power supply requirements. Propagation delay guidance is referenced through an external application note.
