AND/NOR Gate

The R141 AND/NOR Gate is a module that performs two levels of logic gating. It features a multiple-input diode gate combined with a transistor inverter for signal amplification.

Logic Functions:

• Negative Input Signals: Operates as seven 2-input AND gates that are NORed together.
• Ground Inputs: Operates as seven 2-input OR gates that are NANDed together.

Applications:

• Mixing multiple inputs to a pulse amplifier.
• Comparing the contents of two flip-flop registers.

Specifications:

• Propagation Delay: Typically 100 nsec slower than R111 on output fall.
• Pulse Capability: Capable of sufficient pulse stretching for 70 nsec inputs.
• Drive Capacity: Can drive 20 ma of external load at ground.
• Power Requirements: +10v (0.5 ma) and -15v (19 ma).
