Integrating One Shot Type R303

The R303 is a zero-recovery time multivibrator with complementary output buffers, designed to respond to input pulses even while in the 'ONE' state. This capability allows it to detect gaps in pulse trains or determine input pulse rate thresholds relative to a preset frequency. Key features include:

• Delay Range: 3.5 microseconds to 0.9 seconds, with a jitter of less than 1.4% peak-to-peak.
• Inputs: Includes a Direct Set input (standard 100 nsec pulse or ground level) and a DCD Gate.
• Outputs: Capable of driving 18 ma at ground; configurable via external loads.
• Controls: Offers internal rheostat control (up to 20,000 ohms) or external resistor/capacitor control for fine-tuning delay durations.
• Power Requirements: +10v(A)/6 ma and -15v/75 ma.
