This document is a technical schematic for the S203 Triple Flip-Flop module, manufactured by Digital Equipment Corporation. It includes a complete circuit diagram, a transistor and diode conversion chart for the components used (DEC 3639C transistors, D-662 and D-664 diodes), and general specifications for resistors and capacitors used on the etch board.
