LAP6-DIAL

This document serves as a supplement to the LAP6-DIAL Programmer's Reference Manual (DEC-12-SE2D-D). It outlines several enhancements made to the DIAL-MS system, including support for up to four RK8 disks, integration of the LP08 line printer, new capability for chaining source files during assembly, improved bootstrapping from mass storage, and support for multiple card deck input. It also details modifications to the PIP utility, the introduction of the CHAIN pseudo-op for the assembler, updates to the Editor's automatic formatting and cursor behavior, and a list of specific corrections to the original manual.
