Software Maintenance Report

This document contains a series of software maintenance reports (SMRs) for the ETOS V5B operating system. It provides specific patches to address the following issues:

• Scheduler Overload: A patch for ETOS.SV to prevent overloading the queuing operation.
• Run Queue Error: A patch for ETOS.SV to correctly remove jobs from the task table.
• ACCNT.SV Zero Error: A patch for the ACCNT.SV utility to enable functionality on large accounts.
• Map Block Corruption: A detailed diagnostic and repair procedure for fixing corrupt map blocks in the Master File Directory (MFD), including instructions for using the FUTIL utility to locate and patch affected data blocks.

The report includes technical instructions, dump outputs, and configuration tables necessary for administrators to apply these fixes.
