ETOS V5B Worksheets

This document, Appendix A, provides a series of worksheets necessary for managing an ETOS V5B system. It includes instructions for users to record configuration changes in pencil, as well as templates for:

• Stand-alone and Virtual OS/8 programs: Lists to track file names, groups, and lengths.
• Configuration Patches: Tables for tracking binary patches and configuration table settings (memory, terminal, etc.).
• File Directories and Storage: Worksheets for the Master File Directory (UFD), Library, Operator, and User accounts, including capacity tracking for blocks and segments.
• Device Handlers: Worksheets for listing and enabling device handlers for both Stand-alone and Virtual OS/8 environments.
• Start-up and Shut-down Procedures: Templates to document system-specific dialogue and explanations.
