Internet AlphaServer Family

This document introduces the Internet AlphaServer family from Digital, consisting of the AlphaServer 1000, 400, and 200 models. Designed to make Internet access and management easier for organizations, these servers come pre-installed with the DIGITAL UNIX operating system, the ELECTRONIC LOCKER administration software for intuitive management, and industry-leading Internet applications and server software (such as Netscape Netsite). The systems are aimed at small to medium businesses and organizations with limited MIS resources, offering scalability, performance, and reliability. Key features include support for various desktop environments, factory-installed mail solutions, and high-availability options on the high-end 1000 model.
