Video Display Interface

This document details two Field Change Orders (FCOs), M7009-B0001 and M7009-B001A, for the M7009 Video Display Interface used in the PDP-11/05. The first order addresses issues such as incorrect assembly drawings, intermittent UNIBUS hangs, and errors in the parts list and circuit schematics. It specifies rework procedures including deleting jumpers, cutting etch on certain boards, and replacing resistors with a value of 5.11K ohms. The second order updates the wording for break-in effectivity and clarifies that the rework for Part 1 applies specifically to etch revision 'C' boards.
