This reference manual describes the functionality and command syntax for several key OpenVMS system management utilities. Covered utilities include:

  • LAN Control Program (LANCP): Configures and controls LAN software and hardware.
  • LAT Control Program (LATCP): Configures and manages Local Area Transport (LAT) software.
  • Log Manager Control Program (LMCP): Creates and manages transaction logs for DECdtm services.
