PHYMSC Functional Specification

This document outlines the architecture, interface, and operational behavior of the PHYMSC driver within the TOPS-20 environment. PHYMSC acts as the MSCP (Mass Storage Control Protocol) host, responsible for interfacing between the PHYSIO system and SCAMPI to facilitate disk I/O.
