Cover Letter for MPH for OpenVMS

This document invites users to join the Digital Product Performance (DPP) Program. This program is designed to monitor and verify the in-field performance of Digital systems at customer sites. It utilizes the Monitoring Performance History (MPH) software tool to collect data, providing Digital's service, manufacturing, and design engineering teams with accurate product performance metrics. For further technical details, users are directed to the OpenVMS Version 7.0 Release Notes and the corresponding Software Product Description (SPD).
