This document is the first part of a two-part reference manual for the OpenVMS DCL (DIGITAL Command Language). It covers commands and lexical functions starting with the letters A through M, including command syntax, parameters, descriptions, and examples. The manual is intended for users of the OpenVMS operating system and assumes familiarity with the OpenVMS User’s Manual.
