Converter-I/O Bus Receiver

This document describes the M500 Converter-I/O Bus Receiver, an M-series module designed to accept negative logic levels (0V and -3V) and convert them into standard TTL positive logic levels. The module contains eight independent receiver circuits, each providing both inverted and non-inverted outputs. Key specifications include a -1.5V threshold switching level, 100 µA input current, and high input impedance. It was specifically designed to receive PDP-9 I/O bus signals and is pin-compatible with the M510 module.
