Console Control

This document outlines the operational and technical characteristics of the M773 Console Control module. The M773 serves to decode console switch and key signals, utilizes a 6-count register to generate timing pulses for strobing address and data functions (such as START, STOP, CONTINUE, EXAMINE, and DEPOSIT) to the I/O processor, and manages repeat speed functions. It operates on standard TTL voltage levels with a maximum power dissipation of 5V at 500 mA.
