Bipolar Output Converter

This document describes the W602 Bipolar Output Converter, a module housing three inverting amplifiers designed for driving EIA standard communication lines and other applications requiring positive and negative voltage levels.

Key features include: - Output Capabilities: Provides up to ±15 mA at up to ±6V. Rise and fall times are nominally 50 nsec/V and can be increased by adding external capacitance to ground. - Signal Input: Diode-based inputs requiring 1 mA drive at ground, compatible with ROO1 or ROO2 diodes for gating. - Level Control: External clamp voltage supplies allow for setting output upper levels (+6V, +3V, or 0V) and lower levels (-6V, -3V, or 0V). - Protection: Outputs are resistant to damage from momentary shorts to ground. - Power Requirements: Operates on +10V(A)/32 mA and -15V/31 mA.
