Additions to PDP-X Instruction Simulator

• Memory Management: The simulator now utilizes the full core memory available on a PDP-9, while restricting memory usage to 8k when run on a PDP-7.
• Operational Summary: The document concludes with a summary of command/switch functions for the simulator and instructions for loading, starting, and restarting the system.
