Data Bus Drivers

This document provides technical characteristics for the M621 data bus driver module. The module incorporates six open-collector AND-NOR gate drivers. Key specifications include: - Inputs: Data inputs require 1.25 unit loads, while strobe inputs require 8 unit loads. - Outputs: Each driver output has the capacity to sink 100 mA to ground. - Propagation Delay: Maximum of 55 ns for outputs going HIGH and 35 ns for outputs going LOW (with a 68Ω resistive load). - Power: The module requires 5V at 200 mA.
