Digital Technical Journal

This volume of the Digital Technical Journal (Volume 6, Number 2, Spring 1994) focuses on high-performance technologies developed around the Alpha AXP 64-bit microprocessor. It includes technical papers from industry partners:

• Cray Research: Details the architecture of the CRAY T3D massively parallel processor (MPP), which utilizes Digital's DECchip 21064, featuring a 3-D torus interconnect and a distributed-shared memory model.
